We have an open access drop-in for rough sleepers, where we offer a safe and welcoming space with free access to: food, clothing, showers, post, a telephone room, luggage storage, books, listening and emotional support and information on accommodation, benefits and employment. Laundry is available at a small fee. New visitors have their needs assessed and appointments for one-to-one help, information and referrals are available.
The Welcome Drop-in – Day Centre providing free food, showers, washing facilities, clothing, referrals and other practical support in a welcoming and friendly environment. Open 10am-12:20pm weekdays (closed Thursdays).
Road Map Project – Individual support and advice services offering practical help with housing and employment issues.
Community Feast – A monthly lunch event, (usually on Saturdays), run in partnership with homeless people and members of the local community.
Support Worker – By appointment, we offer individual help and advice to help people navigate a pathway out of homelessness. It involves facilitating access to accommodation and employment through practical help such as securing documents and uniform. Available by appointment through at the Drop-in.

ESOL & Conversation Classes – Available Mondays and Tuesdays, come in and ask at Reception for more details.
Solace – A free monthly lunch event (usually on Saturdays) for refugees and asylum seekers. Includes practical help, listening and emotional support and referrals to other services.

Drop-in open: Mon-Fri: (except Thursdays) 10.15am –12:30pm. Centre open til 3.30pm for other services.
